The number of customers alloted to each server varies greatly depending on the hosting plan type. If you are worried about having capacity problems because you might be bringing in a high volume of traffic; then we usually suggest that you look at our VPS or Dedicated server plans.

All our Web hosting plans include a 30 day money back. If website uptime is less than 99.9%, Website Source will issue a credit.

We offer live chat and email support 24/7/365; phone support is availible 8am to 6pm 7 days a week also. Response time varies on communication method and amount of requests that we get. All requests at least receive a response within a few hours at most. Live chat and phone requests will usually get answered immediately; email requests usually receive at least a reply message within the first hour.
4. Discounts and Special Offers
Billing rates vary based on the billing cycle. For example; 2 year billing cycles receive the maximum 30% discount, while 1 year billing cycles only receive 10%

8. Email and Limitations
The maximum number of email boxes varies by account type; most give you at least 1000 though. The maximum message size is set to 10Mb, this is entire message, just not attachements.
9. Upgrades
There are no fees for changing your plan type; the billing system automaticly charge you for the difference between the two plan prices and that's it. The availibility and costs for additional resources vary based on hosting plan type; you can view these on the hosting pages of our main site.
