Lunarpages has been in business since 2000. We currently host over
100000 websites. We have over 100 servers with an average of 300-400 accounts on each server. However, we balance servers depending on the cpu usage and diskspace requirements of accounts, so some servers may have 500 accounts, and other only 100. We try to keep performace at an optimum on all servers so each customer's account and websites are running at top conditions.
2. Money Back
If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will gladly give you a refund.
3. Support
We offer 24/7/365 email support. We have a 7 day a week telephone
support staff open during business hours in California. We have a wonderful forum community at www.lunarforums.com with very knowledgable moderators and
Lunarpages customers that can offer you a non-biased opinion of support. We strive for immediate support for all customers, and our email support turnaround times are some of the best in the industry. We currently staff over 20 support members, plus many technical/server staff.
4. Discounts and Special Offers
For our yearly plans we waive setup fees for accounts. The 6 month and monthly plans incur setup fees. We currently offer a free domain registration for the Shuttle Plan account, plus a free add-on domains. We also provide a $50 Overture credit with Yahoo. We also have for the month of October a free setup special for merchant accounts that saves you $75 for setting up credit card transactions for your shopping cart, should you choose to use one.
5. Uptime
We guarantee 99.9% server uptime. We try to keep server loads low to keep optimal performance for all customers' accounts
6. Multiple Domains
Yes, you have unlimited parked domains on your account, and up to 10 add-on domains for both the Shuttle and Voyager Plan accounts. The Shuttle Plan comes with 1 free add-on domain, and the Voyager Plan comes with 3 free add-ons.

8. Email and Limitations
You can have unlimited email accounts, and there is a 10mb attachment limitation to prevent overloading of the email servers processing, as the email server must handle several hundred customers per server.
9. Upgrades
Upgrading to a higher hosting plan only costs the difference between the two hosting plans. You can find add-on upgrades pricing here at helpdesk.
