Customer support stinks. They give their live chat american names so you think they are here in the US. Written support tickets or an absolute waste of time. |

| Terrible, email is always down, bombard you with emails about upgrades, early renewals. When you do renew early they simply forget that you paid and put your account into park. Stay away from Globat. |

| Affordable, reliable, quick - all this about Globat. My Globat experience was just fine, taking into consideration that I used their services 4 times!!! And each time was smooth for me. Great service for minimum of money and effort! |

| I used the Globat service not that long go, and was surprised by the speed and quality of everything they do. I have read some negative things about this company, but guys, I don't see where it all comes from! I got my hosting - no problems with passwords or logins. Everything was very quick and easy. I liked Globat - I will recommend it to my friends and all those who need hosting. |

| This is exactly the hoster you should choose when yopu need los of space for cheap. May be it would not be perfect for complicated applications, I do not know, but when it comes to just storing a huge archive of something, as I do, they should be the choice. |

| I have been with Globat since 2003 and I am still hosting with them. Had no reason to transfer to another provider. I will not say, that Globat hosting provider is spotless. |

| Support does nothing. I can ftp upload at 55KB/s and downloads are at 14! They do not care. They have up selling where you have to call them and say no or they automatically bill you. I hope they do not send to me to collections. |

| However cheap, you won't even get what you paid for. Performance is dismal, they pile 1000+ sites per sever (check whois.domaintools.com) And the worst they don't care for customers, emails ignored, tech support doesn't do anything, it takes a month just to close account. And all that time they will bombard you with upgrade offers. ABSOLUTELY AVOID! |

Their FTP is terrible! and have restrictions! everytime after i uploaded sereral files the ftp returns:"] 530 Sorry, the maximum number of clients (10) from your host are already connected."
And therir support person are no professional in aswering my questions--even stupid and don't make sense! |

| A word of warning to anyone thinking of signing up for a Globat hosting account:
DON'T DO IT
From my experience, their uptime is horrendous, customer support is of the 'we don't give a shit' variety, and once you're locked into their terms and conditions you're screwed; I've tried cancelling my two accounts with them for the last two years, they keep sending my account to a collection agency; even though I repeatedly have tried to cancel my account and they have told me I will not be charged again.
I know the low price is very tempring, but STAY AWAY! |
