1. Company
First, the company history. We're a small family based company. We've been
in business for just over 6 years. Since we're small, we keep our customers
at a minimum. This insures that our customers get the best service possible.
I believe we have somewhere in the neighborhood of 233 servers. Most of
these have been with us 4 years or more.
2. Money Back
We have a money back guarantee for the first 30 days. We do not give rebates
for any down time by servers. This seldom happens anyway. I think they've
been done only twice in 6 years, and that was for less than a half hour. We
do shut them down occasionally for maintained and upgrades. Our customers
are informed well in advance.
3. Support
We offer 24/7 email support through a help desk. Someone is always there to
answer your questions. If you have an emergency, all you need to do is use
the drop down menu and mark the email urgent. These are answered as fast as
humanly possible. We have 15 staff members. This includes our design staff,
techs and support team.
4. Discounts and Special Offers
We do offer a 10% discount for yearly payments. We don't offer bonus
services, but our servers do come standard with many programs pre-installed.
Most of these are free, some are only charged an set up fee.
5. Uptime
Our servers have an uptime of 99%. Nope, we don't offer a refund for any
down time.
6. Multiple Domains
Yes, you can park or add domains to your server. I believe you're only
limited by space... and of course these parked servers need to adhere to our
Terms of Service.
7. About Reseller Plans
NO, we do not offer reseller services
8. Email and Limitations
We offer 250 POP email addresses with our premiere server and 100 on the
micro account.
9. Upgrades
Account upgrades and fees vary depending on service. If your upgrading from
the micro to premiere server, there is no fee. Add ons and extras vary, some
are free, others have a set up fee, others are billed monthly.
10. Why Sould I Signup?
I can't really tell you more than our site already says. Our customers are
long term. We keep it small and simple on purpose.... this gives our
customers a one on one experience. We don't advertise, we rely on word of
mouth. Our present customers keep our company 'in the news', by word of
mouth.
